Please take note of our holiday schedule and have a safe and happy holiday!
Providence Care Hospital
- Seniors’ Day Rehabilitation: Closed from December 24 to January 1. Seniors’ Day Rehabilitation re-opens on January 2.
- Therapy Pool: Closed from December 24 to January 4. The Therapy Pool re-opens on January 7.
- Rehabilitation Therapy Centre: Closed December 25, 26 and January 1.
- Physical Rehabilitation and Specialized Geriatrics Clinics: Closed December 24 to January 1. Clinics resume January 2.
- Outpatient Mood Disorders Clinics: Closed December 25, 26 and January 1.
- Limestone Terrace Cafeteria:
- Open Dec. 24 from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Dec. 27 and 28 from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Dec. 29 and 30 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Dec. 31 from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Closed December 25, 26 and January 1
- At the Lake Café:
- Open Dec. 24, Dec. 27, Dec. 28, Jan. 31 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Closed December 25, 26 and January 1
- The inter-hospital shuttle that runs between Kingston General Hospital, Hotel Dieu Hospital and Providence Care Hospital will not be in operation on December 25, 26 and January 1.
Community Programs
- Case Management and Community Connections: Closed December 25, 26, and January 1
- Community Brain Injury Services: All locations (Belleville, Brockville, and Kingston) are closed December 24 to January 1. Offices re-open on January 2.
- Community Seniors Mental Health and Psychogeriatric Resource Consultants: Closed December 25, 26, and January 1. Open: Mobile Response Teams.
- Dual Diagnosis Consultation Outreach Team: Closed December 25, 26 and January 1.
- Open: ACTT and CHIT teams will operate at weekend levels of service delivery on December 25, 26 and January 1, and will operate at regular service for the remainder of the holidays.
Providence Manor
- Hildegarde Centre: Closed December 25, 26, and January 1.
- Attendant Care Outreach Program: Office closed December 25, 26, and January 1.
- Administrative offices: Closed December 25, 26 and January 1.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES:
Please select the most appropriate option:
- Minor illness/injury that cannot wait for a family doctor: Urgent Care Centre, Hotel Dieu Hospital, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 365 days/year.
- 24-hour access to a Registered Nurse: Telehealth Ontario, 1-866-797-0000.
- Life-threatening illness/injury: Emergency Department, Kingston General Hospital, 24 hours/day 365 days/year.
