- The inter-hospital shuttle between Kingston General Hospital, Hotel Dieu Hospital, Providence Care Hospital, and Providence Transitional Care Centre will not run on Dec. 27, Dec. 28 and Jan. 3.
- Parking at Providence Care Hospital will be free on Dec. 25, Dec. 26 and Jan. 1.
- The Therapy Pool remains closed to outpatients and community members due to COVID-19.

- Minor illness/injury that cannot wait for a family doctor: Urgent Care Centre, Hotel Dieu Hospital, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 365 days/year.
- 24-hour access to a Registered Nurse: Telehealth Ontario, 1-866-797-0000.
- Life-threatening illness/injury: Emergency Department, Kingston General Hospital, 24 hours/day 365 days/year.
