• The inter-hospital shuttle between Kingston General Hospital, Hotel Dieu Hospital, Providence Care Hospital, and Providence Transitional Care Centre will not run on Dec. 27, Dec. 28 and Jan. 3.
• Parking at Providence Care Hospital will be free on Dec. 25, Dec. 26 and Jan. 1.
• The Therapy Pool remains closed to outpatients and community members due to COVID-19.

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Community High Intensity Treatment (CHIT)

• Open: Teams will operate at weekend levels of service delivery on Dec. 27, Dec. 28 and Jan. 3, and operate at regular service for the remainder of the holidays.

Please select the most appropriate option:

• Minor illness/injury that cannot wait for a family doctor: Urgent Care Centre, Hotel Dieu Hospital, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 365 days/year.
• 24-hour access to a Registered Nurse: Telehealth Ontario, 1-866-797-0000.
• Life-threatening illness/injury: Emergency Department, Kingston General Hospital, 24 hours/day 365 days/year.
