The Oasis program supports older adults in Kingston to live independently and thrive in their own homes. The program provides a blend of social engagement, physical activity, and community support tailored to each member’s needs, fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment.

This program supports individuals aged 65 and older who:

What to Expect
This outpatient program provides:
Personalized participation:
Members collaborate with an on-site coordinator to shape daily activities and programs.
Health and wellness support:
Access to exercise, fall prevention, and wellness classes designed to maintain physical and mental health.
Recreation and social connections:
Opportunities for socializing, group activities, and recreational programs that reduce isolation and build friendships.
Family and care partner involvement:
Encouraged to participate in program activities when appropriate.

How to Access the Service
This program is only open to residents of the Bowling Green 2 apartment buildings and surrounding Homestead buildings.
