Have you experienced the death of someone close to you? 

Join our Bereavement Support Group, a free monthly group that provides practical and emotional support for individuals navigating the loss of someone close. 

This group offers a safe and supportive space to: 

  • connect and share with others who have experienced loss 
  • discuss the emotional toll of grief 
  • explore life after loss in a welcoming environment 

There is no ongoing commitment. Attend as your schedule allows.

When: Third Tuesday of each month
Phone: 12:30 p.m. – 2 p.m.
Location: Providence Transitional Care Centre, 340 Union Street, Kingston
*Paid parking is available*

Who Can Join?

Adults (18+) who have experienced the death of a close person.
