By Car
- 470 Dundas Street East is on the right. You will see a Tim Horton’s and the Bayview Mall. Turn right here into this entrance (if you reach McDonald’s you have gone just a bit too far but it is still in the same parking lot as the Bayview Mall)
- The office is located in the north east corner, so travel to the back of the mall. You will pass the CCAC office. We are located behind the CCAC and have a separate entrance. You will see the Providence Care signage as well as Crossroads to Care signage
