Hours of Operation
Our facilities operate 24/7, but building access and available services vary by location and time of day. Some entrances may be locked, and ID badge or intercom access may be required.
Clinic and outpatient service hours also differ. Please contact your specific care area or clinic for details.
Parking Information
Clients can be picked up and dropped off at the front entrance to 303 Bagot Street.
Paid on street parking is available.

- Meters can still use cash at traditional parking meters for on-street spots
Pay with HonkMobile
- HonkMobile is an easy way to find and pay for parking in Kingston! You can pay by using an app, scanning a QR code or texting a specific number.
- The Honk app shows parking lots and on-street parking areas, including accessible spaces. Signs near parking spaces show QR codes and zone numbers for Text to Pay.
- Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not accept reservations.

Accessible parking spaces are available in front of 303 Bagot Street on the street. To use designated accessible parking spaces, you must clearly display a provincially issued accessible parking permit in your vehicle. Parking in these spaces without a permit may result in a $400 fine.

For the safety and comfort of those with allergies and scent sensitivities, please do not wear scented products or bring scented flowers.
Local florists are able to suggest no-scent floral options.
Scented personal products include shampoos and conditioners, hairsprays, deodorants, colognes and aftershaves, perfumes, and lotions.
