Providence Care Hospital (PCH) is a large building with many different destinations, rooms and spaces. Whether you’re coming for an appointment, staying with us, or visiting a loved one, this guide will help you find your way around. Our hospital is designed to be easy to navigate. You’ll see color-coded signs and clear directions throughout the building.
Main Areas (Downtown Zone – Purple & Red Signs)

The inspiration for the design of Providence Care Hospital comes from our location at the “Water’s Edge” of Lake Ontario. The names of our three inpatient wings reflect our immediate surroundings:
