Rehabilitation Therapy Centre
The Rehabilitation Therapy Centre offers a range of specialized outpatient services designed to support recovery, independence, and long‑term wellness. With dedicated therapy spaces, consultation rooms, and specialized equipment, our team provides coordinated, personalized care across multiple rehabilitation programs.
Registration
New and returning outpatients are asked to register before every visit upon arrival to the hospital, unless otherwise directed. Registration is located immediately to the left of the Welcome Desk.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the number on the letter you received before your first appointment, or after your most recent appointment.
