COVID-19 Vaccination Policy Requirements
Providence Care has implemented a COVID-19 Worker and Volunteer Vaccination Policy for all staff who work at Providence Care including employees, physicians and credentialed staff, students, volunteers, and contracted staff who regularly working on site.
Although COVID-19 vaccination is currently not mandatory, it is strongly recommended as a key strategy to protect our patients, clients, residents, workers and their families, and is a key factor in Providence Care’s re-opening framework.
If you have been vaccinated or medically exempt, you must provide proof to Occupational Health, Safety & Wellness by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you elect not to be vaccinated at this time, you must complete a COVID-19 vaccine training module. Employees can access the module via KnowledgeNow, while all other individuals working on site who do not have a KnowledgeNow account (e.g. volunteers, physicians), can access the module here.
