Diana O’Grady
Diana O’Grady is the Vice President, Patient and Client Care at Providence Care. In this role, she provides strategic and operational leadership to hospital based clinical services, in addition to overseeing professional practice, clinical informatics, pharmacy, and clinical support services.
Diana is a registered occupational therapist and holds both a Bachelor’s Degree from Queen’s University, and a Master of Clinical Science (Occupational Therapy) from the University of Western Ontario. She is a graduate of the Advanced System Leadership Program through the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
Diana began her clinical career at the London Health Sciences Centre in 2001 and then in 2005 moved to Kingston to join Providence Care. She has held leadership positions such as Program Manager, Manager of Professional Practice – Allied Health, and Senior Director – Professional Practice. In the latter role, she established an integrated team supporting nursing and allied healthcare professionals in the hospital and community programs.
She is passionate and committed to promoting and supporting safe quality patient/client care aligned to Providence Care’s Approach to Care (recovery oriented and person-centred) and the Collaborative Practice Model.
