Dr. Simon O’Brien joined the Board in 2018 with his appointment as Chair of Providence Care’s Medical Advisory Committee. Dr. O’Brien has been an attending physician with Providence Care since 2001. He was appointed Clinical Director for Adult Mental Health in 2007 and continues to be part of the clinical team providing services to our patients. Dr. O’Brien is Deputy Head of the Department of Psychiatry, Providence Care, and he is also Co-Chair of the Division of Adult Psychiatry, Queen’s University.
