Providence Care and the Ontario Realty Corporation (ORC) have been working together for many years. Currently, Providence Care leases land from ORC at King Street West where the Mental Health Services facilities are located. The new Providence Care Hospital will also be built at King Street West – and Providence Care will again be leasing the land.
Over the past year, ORC has conducted a master planning study for the entire “Kingston Provincial Campus” site at King Street West, which involved input from many different experts, as well as community consultations.
